Production is a project – based learning where students produce a concrete focus on learning. It can serve as a motivator, allow students to work in ways that they prefer, develop real world skills and abilities to communicate and collaborate.
The teacher’s role is to provide guidelines and models of what is expected of the product and plan projects to keep students active in making decisions, working closely with others and provide feedbacks.
Productivity tools are used to upgrade students abilities to create products and solve problems. Students also learn to construct models, concept maps, collect data and generate materials with productivity tools such as digital cameras, video recorders and other software. The tools do not necessarily make learning better or creative but used to fit to make the process more effective and efficient, professional and easier to share.

Critical thinking is the process of providing clear, effective support for decisions.
In developing this skill, the teacher should teach how to use the techniques that the students will need such as asking the right questions, use tasks that challenge the students, teach thinking strategies and encourage the curiosity within students.
Creativity and critical thinking works together, in order for students to create something i.e. using their own ideas from experiences or with objects, teachers need to encourage them to be flexible, think of more ideas and expand on them.
Problem solving skills and inquiry is another skill that can develop through critical and creative thinking. This is where the student uses their prior knowledge of asking questions and investigates the answers. After communicating and collaborating, they would produce the right solutions.

How Technology can be use in the Classroom?
Technology may be defined as an electronic media used as a tool to create, learn, explain, document, analyze or present dance. Educational technology are electronic devices that may include calculators, PDAs, computers, overhead projectors, VCRs and multimedia.
Technology in the classroom situation helps to connect with students’ interest, facilitates learning easily, provide resources, and support cooperative learning. It can be used to motivate students and helps make learning more effective by providing a great wealth of resources and allowing student choices. It cannot make friends or show respect, search for or create knowledge and teach.
Teachers must prepare their lessons in culturally responsive ways and use techniques to help all students access the content such as effective content learning activities that consider students’ backgrounds, how the students learn, and the use of technologies that are appropriate and relevant to the students need.
Communication can be the conveyance of information exchange with two or more partners. People communicate through many different media such as verbal, written, or through jesters (using text, emails, cell phones, blogs and instant messaging).
